Cell group today was fun. Travelling from Pasir Ris to Choa Chu Kang was NOT fun. Expo service is calling me! =|
Pastor Kong said something that kept me in the Jurong West service for this week.
He actually told us not to say this lah, but i think the expo service ppl will still love him either way.
He said something like this, jokingly by the way, "I feel so encouraged by the people from service 1, because you guys have so much energy. Then when i go to Expo i feel like i'm preaching to a bunch of zombies.".
LOL
Pastor Kong definitely didn't mean any harm in those words, in a way u can say he's encouraging the expo service people to be more "enthu".
So yeah, i appreciate the people in service 1, but expo service is still calling me. Though i probably can agree with pastor kong that the expo service is pretty... dead. Praise and worship doesn't feel the same in expo. The people there are a little different too, even though we are in the same church. Kinda weird, almost feels like 2 different churches, with the same pastor.
