Most teenagers under appreciate their parents or simply fail to realise how much their parents are doing for them.

I, regretfully was previously one of those teenagers.

However, much has changed within me in terms of my behavior towards my parents.

Today i helped a friend with problems with his father.
For his sake he shall not be named. As well as for the sake of his beloved father.

At first i had a strong impression that his father was an abusive drunkard.
But as he was yelling at his son, i soon realised that this was not the case.
I found his father very much correct, reasonable and even wise.

He was mindful not to "whack up" his son because of my presence.
His father is not an unreasonable man.
Yes, resorting to violence is not the way to go.
but if you we're to put yourself in his shoes, you might realise that he was little to no choice.

After i fully understood the predicament of this raged man, i talked to his son alone for about an hour and made him fully understand his father.

basically i put him in his father's shoes.

The connection was made. At least i hope it was.

when i reached home i received a call and was thanked.
and it felt blady good. (seriously)

the full story i will not type out in this post.
for this is a story that is not meant to be read, but to be told face to face.
teens must realise that every single thing that a parent does to his or her child is for his or her own good.

i hope and pray that he will never come under the abuse of his loving father ever again.
